Microlife by Transcom in Bangladesh faced several challenges. Firstly, there was a lack of awareness or understanding about the importance of accurate blood pressure and weight measurement among the general population. Additionally, cultural perceptions and attitudes towards health monitoring devices varied, affecting acceptance and adoption rates. Furthermore, competition from existing brands offering similar products posed a challenge in establishing a unique selling proposition. Lastly, ensuring affordability and accessibility of the product to a wide range of socioeconomic groups was another hurdle in reaching the target market effectively.
